You can order securely online or by phone. We accept debit or credit cards (Switch/Maestro, Visa, Mastercard) and you can also pay via Paypal. All prices quoted on our website are in Pounds Sterling. Please do not send cash.

Product Description

We have made every effort to make sure our product information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur, and they are most of the time inherent to the organic nature of our products. For instance:

- Colours:
Our ivory/natural blankets are made of a natural undyed tussah silk. There may be slight difference of shades between batches as wild cocoon tones are influenced by their environment (for example oak tree forests tend to lead to darker shades of cocoons).
We only use natural dyes and whilst every attempt has been made to faithfully reproduce colours, because of the organic nature of our silk, we can’t ensure an exact true match between lots.

- Irregularities:
We have purposely chosen a non farmed silk for our blankets as we believe that not only wild silk gives best results for woven fabric but is also more eco-friendly and ethical than farmed mulberry silk. Our local team has made every effort to select the best yarns, however as our raw material is totally natural you may find some tiny irregularities in the weave.

Availability

We try to maintain an optimum level of stock and when you place an order we'll tell you when it will be dispatched. But despite our best efforts, sometimes demand takes us by surprise and as our products are hand-made it may take few weeks before they become available. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible.

Personal Use

Each order is for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer. Resale of any Blanc Cocoon product without the express permission of Blanc Cocoon is strictly prohibited.

General information

All prices on our website can be changed without prior notice. Blanc Cocoon's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the prices of the goods supplied by Blanc Cocoon to the customer. Blanc Cocoon shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Blanc Cocoon cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website. Customer statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
